Rising Phoinix Inc, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2012 with a focus on youth mentorship and engaging in activities to help communities within Brooklyn, NY and Houston, TX. Rising Phoinix’s founder, Indiah Fortune, started this organization with the intention to reach her high school self. Rising Phoinix’s mission is to help children develop their natural skills, talents and interests to create a path of success to lead a purpose driven life.
Please support Rising Phoinix in our partnership with Emancipation Park Conservancy’s 2nd Annual Holiday in the Tre (Virtual Experience). Our goal is to raise $2,500 to support 5 families.
Holiday in the Tre is a signature, annual outdoor event created to celebrate the holidays while also encouraging community collaborations, economic empowerment, and awareness. This year’s event will be a virtual experience with a virtual tree-lighting, entertainment and giveaways. Rising Phoinix’s goal is to be able sponsor 5 families within the community to ensure they can enjoy the holidays despite any hardships.
